Hello fellow Kingston residents.

A very generous donor (Chiara from Chatham Rd) has donated a wonderful Harrods hamper which we are raffling to help raise much-needed funds for CREst (Cambridge Road Estates Community Group) in the run-up to Christmas.

The festive hamper is worth over £100. The luxury prize contains a bumper crop of seasonal treats, including Harrods Christmas teas, jams, Christmas cake, truffles, mini mince pies, and Cartwright and Butler biscuits for cheese, all in a Harrods green box.

We are asking for donations of £3.00 to be entered into the draw to win the Hamper.  Please opt in to emails so that you can be entered into the raffle which will be drawn on Saturday 19 December. The competition closes on Friday the 18th of December at midnight! 

Not only will every ticket you buy bring you one step closer to Harrods happiness, but your support will help the charity help households across one of Kingston’s most deprived areas enjoy a better Christmas after a particularly tough year. 

In addition to continuing the weekly hot lunches the charity has offered vulnerable local residents every Tuesday for years, since March CREst has also been running a pop-up food bank several days a week, supported by other local food partners, very generous local residents and kind volunteers. The popularity of all its events throughout the pandemic demonstrates the tremendous need for food support across Kingston, and the vital role the charity plays for those in need of food in times of crisis.
