On the 13th April 2014 I will be taking part in the London Marathon raising money for Hft (formerly known as the Home Farm Trust).

Hft is a leading national charity that supports over 3000 adults with learning disabilities. Hft was founded over fifty years ago and they continue to support not only people with diabilities but also their friends and families. Hft work to understand the needs and goals of each individual and to empower people with learning disabilities to live their lives the way they chose. 

Running the London Marathon is a huge challenge to me and I thank you all for your support and donations. If anyone is free on 13th April please do come and watch the marathon and cheer me on.
