Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Back in April 1997 when Katie was just 3 years old she lost her battle to Meningitis, leaving a massive hole in our family, there isn't a day goes by that we don't remember her and miss her.
This year would of been her 21st birthday, to mark this special year I have decided to take part in the London Marathon of cycling events, 100 miles from The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to Surrey, on the 10th of August as part of the Meningitis Now cycling team.
I am aiming to raise a £1000 for the Meningitis Now charity, one obviously very close to mine and my family's heart. This is a charity that has made huge leaps forward in research and treatment and would love to help prevent anyone having to go through what we had to.
If you can help in anyway I would be more than grateful! Thank you!
