Skydive for North Devon Hospice · 15 March 2014

North Devon Hospice provides free care and support to individuals and their loved ones who are faced with the impact of a life-threatening illness. Everyday we help over 100 people, either in their own homes or at Deer Park, completely free of charge.

Story

My Mum has worked at the North Devon Hospice for 10 years, so I've grown up with an understanding of the incredible work that they do to support so many families across the South West. The Hospice has also supported several of my friends in the most difficult of times and continues to touch the lives of thousands of people every year.

Ths Hospice provides free, specialised care and support to patients (from the age of 18 upwards) and families affected by cancer or other life-limiting illnesses. The doctors, nurses, counsellors, therapists and volunteers can offer what is needed at such an overwhelming time for patients and their families.

It is supported by local donations from the community and unfortunately times are tough and additional support is needed to ensure that care is provided to those who really need it.

I'd really appreciate it if you could give anything you can to support this wonderful charity.

Ps. Don't be fooled by the exceptional photoshopping -  this is my first ever skydive! Please note that I have paid for it, so all donations will go directly to the Hospice.
