We have some friends who have a child who has had numerous operations in hospital.

This year I thought would be a good year to raise some funds for this hospital and help them continue their amazing work.

This will be my third year of running this event.

I aim to run this year with a personal best time of around 1 hr.

I also aim to raise more than I did last year.
