It will be the honour of my life to be a part of one of the largest global sporting events in October. I will be running, rasing money and creating awareness for Breast Cancer Now. They provide life changing care for those affected by breast cancer and are helping to push research to defeat cancer once and for all. 💗 

One in seven women in the UK will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. In other words... 55,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer each year in the UK. These numbers are alarming but everyone can learn the steps to take to combat cancer early. 

Touch your breasts: can you feel anything new or unusual. 

Look for changes: does anything look different to you? 

Check any new or unusual changes with a GP.
