It's that time again, another challenge for me whilst raising some funds for Ambitious about Autism.  Most of you know my son Harry and understand why this charity is an obvious one for me to choose.  

This year I'm completing the Rapha challenge to cycle from Manchester to London. I'll be setting off at dawn from the Manchester Velodrome riding the 220 miles to the Olympic Park in London hopefully arriving before the cut off at midnight.

The ride is a race between two teams, simply the North verses the South.  I'm going to make it a little more challenging by riding my fixed speed bike, which basically means no gears on the route that includes over 10,000 ft of climbing.  

Harry's not very impressed with this years challenge venues and is hoping for something a little more exotic for 2015, if any organisers are reading this!
