Last year breast cancer took away a very close friend, Kate, at the age of only 37.

In Kate's memory, me and nine friends will be running the Belvoir Castle Tough Mudder which is a 10 to 12 mile obstacle course. I can't quite believe I'm doing it. I hate mud and I know its going to hurt, but the pain will be nothing compared to what Kate went through.
