I'm running the Brighton Half Marathon in memory of John Kenny, a family friend who passed in away in October 2013. 

He had a brief but brave fight against cancer and in his last few weeks was cared for by the team at The Martlet's Hospice in Brighton. The hospice provided wonderful care for both John and his family during the final few weeks and I hope to raise as much money as possible to help towards their daily £9000 cost of providing these amazing services.
