This is my 3rd event with the Hosties4Heroes and once again it will be a mixture of blood, sweat, tears, smudged mascara & lippy and probably mud!! I love a challenge whether it is a 5k or a triathlon but this will be the toughest yet. Two days of SAS Challenges with the team from Channel 4 SAS WHO DARES WINS!! So please sponsor me to help our many brave men & women for HelpforHeroes and I promise to give it 100%!!! Xxxx
