I've decided to take part in the Bupa 10KM and am lucky enough to be able to support Alzheimers Research. My family has been touched by this disease and are living with it on a daily basis. I am running this for my Grandad Jim and my husband's late Gran Jean. Two muched loved family members whos lives have been rocked by Dementure and Alzheimers. Now it is my turn to give something back! Please dig deep, every penny, every pound will do so much......
