One in six children and young people now have a diagnosable mental health issue. That’s five children in every classroom with a condition like depression or anxiety. Place2Be is the UK's leading school-based mental health charity, providing support to children, families and school-based staff when they need it most.Please help me support Place2Be’s vital work, and together we can make a real difference to children's mental health and ensure that children don’t have to face mental health problems alone.

One of the major parts of my job is supporting children with their mental health and well-being and Place2be have provided training and support for me directly in order to better help others.

Most of you will never have known me without long hair, and it’s now not been cut for over a year. The hair will be donated to The Little Princess Trust and the amazing AngelEmma, who usually makes people’s hair longer has promised to cut it for me. 

I can’t set a date for the challenge as we have to get out of lockdown first! I’d love to do it on March 23rd but watch this space...
