I have worked for northumbria healthcare nhs foundation trust for 10 years.  One aspect I am proud of is its aim to improve facilities, services and care it provides patients and staff through its own charity. Bright Northumbria. 

I would be very grateful if you could help support this wonderful charity.

A personal experience:                                       Recently we had a trip to one of the trust's walk in centres where one of our little people needed some minor medical treatment. Despite the wait and both children staying up way past their bed time; both children left with beaming smiles and full hearts as they were kindly given teddies. Of which they have both formed a close relationship with. 

Additionally I have lived in the north east for over 10 years. It's about time I become a little bit more northern and run the iconic great north run.

 I'm not a natural runner and this has been a challenge. Please help me get through these last few weeks of training through your encouragement and if possible some sponsorship to support this great charity.
