Sophia was diagnosed as Type 1 Diabetic in August 2020 in the middle of Covid. Each day her strength and determination to just get on with every day life despite it being tough… I’m so proud of you! 

In 2022 her fellow rugby team mate Eli was also diagnosed as Type 1… together they will  fight their fight. 

I’m running the virtual marathon before rugby training on 2 October to help fund research to make their lives easier it is just a small thing to show them how proud I am of them both.
