I'm taking part in another 10k (you'd have thought after one i would have stopped considering i hate running that much). 

However this time i will be running with the UoM, and i will be supporting LinkAble.

LinkAble help those with learning disabilities by providing leisure and social activities that would otherwise be unavailable. People with learning disabilities face many barriers that exclude them from mainstream society. LinkAble break down those barriers by providing care from the age of four upwards and no matter how challenging their behaviours.

My sister is one of the people they look after at Linkable (in the photo below) and has been for many many years. They really do exceed expectations and have such a strong sense of community within the organisation. 

Although i have volunteered and worked with Link for the past 5 years, i would love to be able just to give a little something extra back, to thank them for all they do.

So please, please, please be generous with your donations but honestly every little adds up!
