If you want to donate more you can make more guesses (eg donate £20 and put 4 guesses in the comments box). The hare was part of the 2022 Hares of Hampshire art trail in Winchester and Southampton and was created by artist Sophie Handy, who introduces it with the following words:

"Inspired by the evocative story The Wishing Chair, this special hare seeks to remind us that wherever we are we can take ourselves on adventures everyday of our lives. With a leap of faith and an open imagination we can find magic all around us. Make a wish, sit with it quietly for a while and then from your heart let it go, watch it fly away. Keep your eyes and ears open, as one day, it will surely come and say hello. What will you find on the Wishing Hare?... “
