Anna: Daily steps, yoga and pilates
Martin: I will be completing 100km running/hiking over the course of February. Cardio is not my friend so this will be a tough one - Time to get moving!!

Elise: 100km - walking, cycling and a swim once per week
Caroline: I’ll do a daily home work out, a step aerobic workout every Thursdays at the gym and clean eating.
Hannah: I'm completing 100 miles over the month, with a mixture of walking, running and cycling!
Home-Start in Suffolk is the county's largest family support charity.
Volunteers are the heart of our organisation providing more than 50,000 hours of support to families right across the county.
Our vision is that every child in Suffolk is given the best start in life because of the love, support and guidance they receive from their parents, guardians or the people performing the role of their parents.
This support is non-judgmental, practical, and emotional and given through weekly home visits, the core model of support provided or telephone/virtual calls – a new support model launched at the start of the pandemic to ensure families received the vital support throughout lockdown periods and beyond.
The support is tailored to each family’s needs and is designed to enable parents to widen networks, improve their physical and mental wellbeing, and increase their confidence.
“This is such a life changer, to be able to help people like me and stop them from going downhill and keep them upbeat and positive when situations are tough”. Lauren
