Story

My father-in-law, Joe,  was diagnosed with bowel cancer at the age of 88 and his oncologist didn't expect him to live to 90. Thanks to the loving care of his wife Betty and the support of his Macmillan nurse, Joe lived to celebrate his 90th birthday with friends and family from across the world but sadly passed away four months later.  Joe had lived a long and happy life which was blighted at its end by the cruel symptoms he had to endure.

I was so inspired but the amount raised (£2,800) by Angela Hare and Bea Reynolds when they "Braved the Shave" in 2017. So please help me to raise as much money as possible to help cancer sufferers of all ages benefit from the support that Macmillan nurses give.
