Spinathon is back and bigger than before! This year it's linked to the Tour de France and Mark Beaney will be cycling the whole distance! If you have a bike you can join in - outside or in the gym!

Story

So far I have cycled for 15 days and covered over 1600 miles.  I am completely shattered and desperate for the rest day tomorrow.  I have been lucky to have so much amazing support along the way
