Story
As Patrons of Saint Michael's Hospice and as part of our 35 year anniversary pledge to raise £10k for charity..., a team from The HACS Group are taking part in the Total Warrior event at Bramham park this June.
In 2020 The HACS Group celebrated their 35 year anniversary, and as Patrons of Saint Michael's Hospice we pledged to raise £10k for the charity. Over a couple of difficult years during the pandemic, events and plans had to be put on hold but we still managed to raise £3k and now in 2022 we plan to uphold our promise of £10k.
To help us reach our target we are taking part in the Total Warrior event at Bramham Park this June...and we need your help!! The event is a 12k course with 25 punishing obstacles. We will be taking part as a team with the aim of getting round together... having fun and raising money for a great cause.
If you know us you'll know that we are a team of varying fitness levels, ages and enthusiasm(!) so please show us some support, donate anything you can...big or small, and share this page with your friends and family to help us reach our £7k target towards our wider £10k challenge.
The HACS Warriors include... Mark Smith, Anne Smith, Chris Smith, Rachel Hughes, Nick Hughes, Eddie Ashworth, Katie Hood, Jon Park, Josh Woods, Josh Mann, Ash Wilson, Ben Whyte, Greg Smallwood, Chris Matthews, Ryan Tinkler, Colin Green, Steve Herwin, Giles White, Martin Fairbrother, Jasmine Robinson, Eddie Walmsley, Isaac Hall, Will Kellett, Paul Mayhew, Alison Harrison and Lucy Harrison.

Saint Michael's is here for people who need extra support on top of the day-to-day care they receive from GPs, district nurses, hospital teams and nursing home staff. Without the hospice, these people could be left to face the complex issues and forgotten challenges of terminal illness alone. We care for people with a variety of terminal illnesses, including heart failure, respiratory illnesses and neurological conditions; as well as cancer. Your donations are vital in raising the £5million that we spend annually providing this care.
