We have decided to run this years Great South Run for Harbour Cancer Support. Harbour Cancer Support are a local service that provide cancer patients, their families, carers and friends with emotional and practical support.

Andy and I will be running the 10 mile Great South Run and then continuing to run a further 16.2 miles once we cross the finish line, to make it up to a Marathon... so please dig deep and sponsor us to help us raise vital funds for this amazing local service!

Along with this challenge, I will also be running 13 marathons in 13 months to raise money for Harbour Cancer Support, and Cancer Research UK!!
