This year on Sunday 6th September, I am participating in the London to Brighton Bike Ride.  I did this for the first time last year, and thoroughly enjoyed it and raised lots of money.

This year I am raising money for the MS Society.  My reasons for raising money for this charity is because my father suffers from MS, and over the years I have watched his ability to move around deteriorate over time.
