I am running on behalf of Havens Hospices, which are a local hospice that care for terminally ill children and adults. In June 2005 they took wonderful care of my grandfather in the last two weeks of his struggle with cancer. They mainatined his honour and dignity throughout those last weeks; and for that myself and my family will forever be indebted to Havens.

I have been a regular contributor to their charity ever since then but now I have decided to run the marathon one last time ( this will be my third ), and am asking all my friends and family to contribute to the charity in the kowledge that I am going to be suffering for at least four hours. So if u can spare any money please donate generously.
