Story
Hello everyone, after being so well looked after myself by Macmillan Cancer Support such a long time ago now and having seen the incredible work they continue to do in all our communities I’ve decided to try and raise a note or two (or at least £150!) for them.
I know that for some of you raving gym bunnies a push challenge sounds very easy but whilst I do try and get to the gym a couple of times a week, I’ve missed the last 520+ workouts!
So it’s safe to saying I’m starting from nothing! My upper body is as soft as a very, very soft thing indeed! That’s why in July I’ll splitting the challenge into weekly blocks. I’ll start with 25 push ups every day for the first 7 days, then 50 a day for the next 7, then it’s up to 75 for the next 7, 100 for the next and as many as I can physically do for the last couple of days of the month.
So I’m looking at banging out at least 1950 push ups over the month!
I would love any support you’re able to give me and I promise to keep you updated on my progress
