Story
Okay, I wasn't going to do this again but I have been asked by lots of people recently so I have changed my mind.
I'm sure that you all know by now that in 2014 we lost dad to this horrible disease and it's one that seems to have had an impact on many families.
Anyone who knew dad knew he was larger than life and very active, wee bit competitive too (sounds familiar). He left a very large hole and very big boots to fill which to be honest is impossible!
Now, I've done this twice before and everyone has been beyond generous! I'm still blown away by all the support! So, I had to think long and hard about doing this again. Please don't feel obliged in any way to donate, it's very much an 'every little helps' this year.
Now, I am definitelyrunning London and Edinburgh and if my old legs survive then I will look at doing a third. Rest assured that I will be busting a gut to do these in the best time possible, this is NOT a fun run and it's been taken very seriously, I've even given up the booze (although I am failing to see the attraction 😂😂).
So, basically thanks for reading and any support given is enormously appreciated 👍 all I do is run the race(s).
