Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I decided to run the length of the Chesterfield Canal to support a good friend, who suddenly decided he wanted to take up running to become fitter. The run starts from Chesterfield and continues to West Stockwith (just past Misterton), around 49 miles in total all in one go.

So please think of this, dig deep and donate now. The provisionally planned date is Saturday 28th September starting in Chesterield at dawn and finishing at the end in West Stockwith. I don't know how long this will actully take but we estimate approx 10 hours if all goes well. Everyone welcome...especially at the pub at the finish (The Waterfront Inn, Canal Lane, West Stockwith) which we hope to reach by around....6pm all being well and no doubt will be there for an hour/beer or two...!!
