update:  had covid so will rearrange the half-marathon

hey all

anyone who knows me knows im not the biggest fan of gruelling exercise, but i have signed up to run a half marathon...

not one to make my life hard, i have roughly 12 weeks to train for it given i recently had MAJOR life alterating surgery 

if that's not inspiring i don't know what is
