Grace Homes partnered with Cransley Hospice Trust early 2022 a bid to raise £5000 over two years. After smashing our target in the first 12 months, we decided to challenge ourselves by increasing our target to £15,000. We have again beaten our target so we have just increased it to £20,000! Help us reach our target by the end of 2025.

Our employees decided to chose this local charity who support patients, families and carers when someone has a life limiting illness. Cransley Hospice are passionate about high quality hospice and end of life care being available to all;
