TIME: 7.30am for 8.00am (finish apporx 9.15am)

VENUE: Kilbryde Hospice, McGuinness Way, East Kilbride, G75 8GJ

Following the very successful sessions in Glasgow and Edinburgh two weeks ago, the New Media Breakfast team has agreed to host a repeat of the LinkedIn presentation at Kilbryde Hospice.  So, you can learn how to make the most of this truly powerful business platform and support your new hospice at the same time.100% of the ticket price goes to Kilbryde Hospice.

LinkedIn finally completed the roll out of an all new interface in the last few days, however many users are struggling to get to grips with the new design and functionality.

The new interface has been received with mixed feelings; there are some functions that have changed or disappeared completely, likewise there are some new functions that generally should make the whole experience much better for users.

Yes, the LinkedIn platform has changed, bust so too has the world and, believe it or not, global developments will impact you and your business.

‘Fake News’, as it’s now being interpreted, has reinforced the need for a strong personal brand with genuine transparency and the ability to build strong personal relationships built on trust.  LinkedIn is fast becoming the de facto platform with which to project who you are and what you stand for, are you using it to its full potential?

At this special Kilbryde Hospice New Media Breakfast, we will be exploring the new LinkedIn interface and highlighting some of the new features and functionality.  We will also be looking at some of the ways that you can leverage the power of LinkedIn to your advantage.  And, we will provide ral examples of business successes gained exclusively through relationships initiated and nurtured on LinkedIn.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Anyone with a LinkedIn account should come along, there is much that you will learn about optimising your presence and drawing relevant people to you.  Used properly, LinkedIn will yield positive results and we will hopefully demonstrate to you how to win business with a strong LinkedIn presence.
