Hi all!

So, I have signed up to the 2018 Great North Run and am embarrassed to say that even though I was born and raised in the North East I have never participated in the event!  I am looking forward to the day but also the training leading up to it....time to dust off the trainers and get some miles under my belt!

Dig deep people...I know I will be!
