I’m not putting it off any longer. I’m taking the DofE Diamond Challenge right now. When I was at school, I wanted to take part in the Duke Of Edinburgh Awards but life kind of got in the way. So now I've taken this chance to achieve with my arms wide open .....

So what am I going to do? Well I'm going to try 2 things. Number one is to try clay pigeon shooting but due to a pervious operation, I need to see if this works out. Secondly, as a postie in the Rutland area, I plan on cycling to all the towns and villages we deliver to in the LE15 area. Think it works out at 53 ports of call and well over 100 miles. Now I'm no amazing cyclist or someone who spends hours in the saddle but it's all about the challenge!!
