Story

Myself & my wife Elaine are currently training for an open challenge Cycle Rajasthan in aid of Ochre a charity promoting the awareness & early diagnosis of Oesophagus Cancer. During 2018 I lost a dear friend Mark Butterfield to this dreadful disease, from our school days Mark was always an active sportsman participating in boxing, football, & of course he was a very avid golfer & is sadly missed by friends & his very close family. The challenge we are undertaking can be viewed on the website of Discover Adventure, this is an open challenge & at the request of Mark's close family OCHRE was the charity nominated. This will be our twelfth challenge & our 3rd cycle challenge having participated in many treks over the years. The challenge is funded completely by ourselves hence we hope to raise as much as we can for OCHRE any donation to our Just Giving site in aid of Ochre would be much appreciated. Regards Glenn & Elaine
