Josie was a good kind friend, who never said a bad word about anyone.  She was always willing to help others, was a keen walker and together we enjoyed many a tea shop after a ramble.  Josie was a loyal member of my walking club, the Spring Vale Rambling Class and I am taking part in the East Lancashire Hospice  Strictly Starlight 5 mile Walk on Saturday 28th June to raise money for this great cause.  Josie spent her last few days at the Hospice and the work that these dedicated doctors, nurses and all the staff undertake to relieve suffering is truly remarkable.
