Story

EDAN Lincs story -

The Freedom Fund and it has been set up to support victims of abuse in Lincolnshire. The funding will help those experiencing domestic abuse to break free of the abuse, stay safe and rebuild their life. Types of things the funding is used for include; helping survivors and their children to flee the danger and move into alternative accommodation; help with emergency transport costs; changing locks and other security measures; emergency food supplies and support to rebuild their life. During this time of year when it can be cold and bleak, we don't want to leave survivors without what they need. Outreach currently help over 350 families and individuals that have already been through enough because of domestic abuse trauma. Every little helps!

The employees of Gleeson's Yorkshire East Region have chosen to support Edan Lincs from July 2021 to June 2022 through a variety of fundraising activities.
