'Give It Away'  in aid of Shelter

My name is Jenny and I write songs. Some of them are funny, some of them are stories, some of them are a bit of both... and then there's this Christmas song! ABOUT SHELTER:   

'Shelter' exists so that no one has to fight bad housing or homelessness on their own. Three million people turn to them each year for advice, counselling, representation and support. At the moment they have an emergency appeal to support the 90,000 children that will be homeless this Christmas. Money we'll be raising from the single is vital for them to help families find and keep a home. Shelter sent me a breakdown of how your donations will be utilised:

- 22% reinvestment in generating income

- 68% spent on our advice and support services

- 9% spent on campaigns and education

- 1% spent on Governance of the Charity
