Story
Our story begins over Christmas time when we entered a competition attached to a bottle of Gin... It turns out not all alcohol is bad as unbelievably, we won! This April we have been given the amazing opportunity to take part in the Rickshaw Run challenge! For those of you who dare to look, this is a taste of what we'll be going through:

In short it's just us two in a wholly unsuitable vehicle (a tiny three-wheeled tuk tuk), traversing the subcontinent in a bid to cover 3,500km in 14 days, enduring whatever the road may throw at us. Whilst the journey is certain to be filled with treacherous roads, countless breakdowns and very numb bums, the most important thing is who we are raising money for.
Cue the Jigsaw Trust!
The Jigsaw Trust is an amazing charity that provides high quality, accessible, educational and well-being services to help improve the lives of countless people affected by autism.
For those who may not be aware, 1 in 100 people are born with autism. The condition impairs an individuals natural instinct to communicate and form relationships. People with severe autism may never acquire spoken language, require constant 24 hour care, and may be perceived to be living in a world of their own. The Jigsaw Trust seeks to enrich and improve the lives of both children and adults with autism and helps support the lives of the families affected.
We hope that our mad and unexpected adventure into the unknown will inspire you enough to make a donation to help support this extremely worthy and life changing cause.
If you fancy following some of the adventure we will be posting photos on instagram. Search 'sarahattree' or #gindiandream.
