For all the less active out there - and because it also happens to be my birthday today and I love cake - My beautiful family and I (back together after a scary isolation period for me and thankfully a negative Covid-19 test result) will be baking a cake and I will take the personal high risk challenge of blowing out 26 candles as it also happily coincides with my 26th(ish) birthday! And of course we will all eat the cake!

With an estimated 30,000 people living with some degree of sight loss in Norfolk our work is as valid today as ever. We provide lifelong support and services such as information, guidance and equipment to people with sight loss whenever they need us along with housing for those who are no longer able to live independently.
