Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

David (my brother in law) has convinced me to take part in the Mens Health Urban Rat Race http://www.mhsurvival.co.uk/page34.asp, a 10k race with various gruelling obstacles. I took Dean Macey (olympic athlete) 1 hour and 8 minutes to complete the course, so please don't expect a fast time or a speedy recovery.

Obstacles include a giant hay bale, an army assault course and a water slide into a freezing cold lake!

David and I would be very grateful if you could support our effort with a small donation to Children First http://www.children1st.org.uk/ to help provide a happy, healthy, safe and secure childhood for every child and young person in Scotland

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Many thanks

Damien & David
