Jake and I have decided to do a 500km charity cycle ride to help raise money for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research giving hope to families like ours.

At the age of 50 My brother, Jake's uncle Mick was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia, after a long fight he achieved his goal and given the all clear in 2009.Twelve years on, Mick is still going strong and able to enjoy all aspects of his extended family and friends.

We hope you can help us reach our target to give to this brilliant charity so they can help many other people get through this terrible illness and have a future with their families and continue to experience life to the full.
