For the second year running I am riding in the Carten 100 challenge.  A cycle from Cardiff to Tenby spanning 100 miles.  I hope to complete the course in 6.5 hours - on a good day with a tail wind! I thought I'd take this opportunity to raise funds for a charity close to our hearts, 'Bobath Wales', which suports and develops children like Rosie suffering with cerebral palsy!
