Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Camino is a long distance footpath with a difference; it is also a pilgrimage route. The 800 km route is followed for many different reasons. Mine is to find some spiritual peace following the tragic death of our beautiful Sophie; and also to take her with me on the journey. Hence, it will be "Sophie's Walk". I shall start at St Jean Pied de Port in the French Pyrenees on the 18th May, and hopefully reach Santiago de Compostela (achilles and muscles being willing) some weeks later!!

We are determined to bring something positive out our family's terrible loss and so we are supporting PAPYRUS, the national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide. Any support you can give to this wonderful charity will be gratefully received.
