I found myself in need of the rape helpline recently, and I discovered that it is only available during very limited hours of the day. It’s run by Community First and offers free, vital support to rape victims.

Rape is something I am all too familiar with, so I would like to raise money for this critical but underfunded service. Rape isn’t always being grabbed by a stranger in an alley. It’s often done by someone you know, someone you fancy, someone you’re in a relationship with, someone you trust.

It is not okay for survivors to be traumatised while the person who did it continues to go out and paint the town. Please help me contribute to creating a world where there is SUPPORT and not shame.

Remember, where there’s a will, there’s a way.

There isn’t too much or too little, but I recommend £2- £5 if you’re not sure how much. Don’t forget to let me know your donation reference number, or send a screenshot of it,  as this is necessary to be entered! I won’t see how much you’ve donated.
