On Sunday 10th July I will be abseiling down the Etihad Stadium to raise money for the New CITC Mental Health Programme - supporting children and adults aged 14 - 25 in the Manchester area.

Anyone who knows me well enough will know I have been struggling with anxiety since the age the 14. It has affected my school/work life, relationships and held me back massively over the years.

CITC aims to provide mental health support as a blended approach through football sessions, group workshops and one-to-one mentoring.
