YES! I've done the 160ft abseil down the side of the Renaissance Hotel! I was so very scared  to take the step backwards off the roof once I'd seen how high that really is! Mum was up thre to see me go and I kept telling her 'I hate you, I hate you!'. Dad, Marcus, Granny & Grandad, Jim & Jill Hollyman, Rachel, Mike Luke and Freya Hemmingway were watching from below, and they've got some photos and video to upload later today. My legs were just swinging by the time I was half-way down, they were too tense to work properly and I thought I'd never get down safely but I did, medal certificate and photos to prove it.

Along with the money raised through this JustGiving site, I'm collecting even more on a paper sponsor form and it looks like we should be giving nearly £500 to Christian Aid, which is amazing and will make a huge difference to people who need our help around the world.
