Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Pillars to Plough Sponsored Walk is an annual event organised by Ifield Chestnut House, in 2014 it will take place on Easter Sunday, 20th April .

The event is a 20 mile walk from The A23 Pillars in Brighton to The Plough Inn in Crawley. It's a sponsored event and the proceeds of this will be shared between The Olive Tree Cancer Support Centre and The Chestnut Tree House Children's Hospice in Arundel.

As many of you are aware, I am also Captain of Ifield Golf Club. So this year,my preparation for the walk is packed with competition golf, being 36 holes on Good Friday, 18 on Easter Saturday and then having walked 20 miles on Easter Sunday, I have a further 18 holes on Easter Monday.

I will also be walking 20 miles with Francesca and Hayleigh, ( in their  Onesies) and Sue will be joining us along route with 5 miles to go. ( we are trying to persuade her to do 10!)
