Geoff has been in the Legal Department of The Co-operative for 32 years. After going blind in adulthood (aged 26) and dealing with all of the issues that brings, he strived to progress his career as a solicitor, finding employment with the Co-operative Group. Later in his life and more recently, he has won another battle, this time, with cancer (this is an on-going challenge). He is a true inspiration to others, having had a successful career, supporting The Co-operative in all its goals for 32 years, in the face of such personal adversity.
