We are a group of Speech & Language Therapists working with Adults with Learning Disabilities for Anglian Community Enterprise CIC.  We are by no means athletes and have attempted to go from sofa to 10km in a few months!!  Completing this 10km is a personal challenge for us all!

We have chosen to raise money for MENCAP as so many of the people that we work with benefit from the work they do both locally and nationally.
