As you all may be aware, my best friend Beth lost her fight with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on the 20th Decemeber 2011 just over a month after her 22nd birthday.

This 10k will hopefully be the first of a number that Hannah and I run in support of a couple of charities close to our hearts.

If anyone would like to come and support us on the day of the run, it is taking place on the 7th May in Cassiobury Park starting at 11.30am. It would be brill to see some familiar faces to spur us on!
