Hi!
Along with some of the team at work, I will be running/climbing/swimming/wading/tackling a muddy combat assault course in aid of this fantastic charity.
Care after Combat is a UK based charity that provides professional assistance to the brave men and women who put their lives on the line for our freedom.
The charity provides support to those who suffer after effects of going to war.
The least we can all do is support Care after Combat in helping veterans adjust to civilian life.
