Once again, Geldards are participating in the three peaks challenge in order to raise money for Ty Hafan! We will be starting at Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), moving to Cadair Idris and finishing at Pen y Fan, all in one day! Please donate what you can so that the walking boot blisters will be worth it!

Since opening in 1999, Ty Hafan has provided palliative care to over 1,100 children across Wales. Their aim is to provide lasting memories for the children and their families. Not only do they provide care within the hospice itself, but they also bring their support to the homes of relatives for however long is needed.
